New Star Children’s Theatre is proud to announce registration and auditions for their next production, Peter Pan, A New Musical. This wonderful, original version of the beloved classic written by Melanie Thompson, a New Star alum who has written a number of the recent musicals we have performed. It features all of your favorite characters, and the story everyone loves, with fun original songs written by Robert B. Hendry III, Dana Hendry and Kayla Guzman. 

Adventure awaits! We are looking for boys and girls ages  6 – 17 years old and even a few lucky parents all to fill rolls from Peter Pan and his band of lost boys to Wendy, John and Michael. Or if you are feeling a little naughty and a bit more mischievous, you can man the Joly Roger as the famous Captain Hook, his first mate Smee, or one of their eclectic crew mates. Should we be blessed with a group of little one in the cast we may even have some mermaids! Neverland awaits! Come join this cast for an unforgettable adventure.  

Rehearsals are on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 5:30pm and 8:30pm at The Bridge Community Church, 511 Sibley Street, Folsom. Cast members will be required to register prior to auditioning. Everyone who registers will receive a part with lines. 

 **We will definitely have roles available for boys as well as girls! We welcome ALL who audition regardless of experience! Cast members are taught acting, singing, and dancing, and will present the musical at the end of the session. We emphasize that every child is talented and deserves a chance in the spotlight. All children are given roles with lines. We feel that every child is a star, and treat each child with respect, and kindness. Children will gain self-confidence, self-esteem, improve public speaking ability, while working in a supportive team environment,
